Avocam is a matching and coordination service. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice ourselves.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service for lawful purposes only.

Submitting a request does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Avocam. That relationship, if any, is between you and the matched lawyer.

Fees for questions and consultations are shown before you pay. Payments are made by Mobile Money through our payment provider.

A request is processed after payment is confirmed. If payment fails, the request will not move forward.

Matching is handled by the Avocam team. Timing depends on the matter, language, location, and lawyer availability.

We will contact you to confirm next steps after a successful submission.

Avocam works to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome for your legal matter.

To the extent allowed by law, Avocam is not liable for advice given by matched lawyers or for delays outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The updated date above shows the latest version.
